Errol Camacho began his professional journey with a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph, followed by three years as an environmental engineer in Vancouver, BC. In 2000, he transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, where he built a successful career in sales, training, business development, marketing, and leadership across disease specialties. Over two decades, Errol earned a strong reputation as an executive leader, team builder, and coach.  He brings a genuine love of learning, curiosity and a healthy dose of fun in every role he takes on.   

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Errol experienced a deep sense that something was missing. Driven by his engineering mindset, he began exploring the question of purpose—ultimately discovering Ikigai, the Japanese concept meaning “life purpose.” Through this journey, Errol found his own purpose: helping others live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

Inspired to make a greater impact, he acquired his Organizational Coaching Certification at the University of British Columbia and his Associated Certified Coach (ACC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation.   Sailpath is the realization of that vision.

Errol’s proven ability to effectively coach both his team and senior leadership naturally extended beyond the healthcare setting, enabling him to apply these insights in his interactions with professionals across other industries. His capacity to foster trust and build meaningful relationships allowed him to adapt his coaching approach to diverse professional contexts with impact and credibility. In response to Sailpath’s success and the growing demand for its services, he strategically assembled a high-caliber team of coaches, aligning their expertise with the company’s mission and expanding its capacity to deliver transformative outcomes.
